Advice on rebuild

I have been looking at the Gigabyte motherboards but i have got stuck on one board it is the GA-x58-ud5 then there is the Ga-x58A-ud5 please can you tell me what is the diffrence in the two boards are or is one just an updated one.

2 Prossers i what to get the i7 920 but here agian is a problem you have the Nehalem and the Bloomfield which one?

mob Ga x58 or Gax58a
i7 920 nehalem or bloomfield
cooler master v8
samsug sinpoint 750gb
xfx 5870
Enermax Revolution 950watt
Corsair Dominator gt 3x2 ddr3 1600 cl7 memory
5led fans
creative xfi sound card
os windows 7 pro64bit

Please can you tell me if this build will work need you help please.

there is no difference in the two boards, the GA-x58- ud5 is a first run of the board and the GA-x58A-UD5 is the second run .
the only difference that is really there is in the bios or a cap they had problems with. so they changed it . and done a reversion of the same board. and made the second revierison of the board say A in it. other then that there not really much of a diffence. I checked Gigabytes web site and only found the GA-X58A-UD5 (rev. 2.0)
now there is a GA-EX58-UD5 board . but its not what you were asking about .
