Will my mobo bottleneck the FX-3850?

I have the ASRock 990FX Extreme3 motherboard, which I got a little while back, so I'm wondering, sense it is a slightly old mobo, though it does list the cpu as one that it accepts, that it might bottleneck the cpu

and I have been thinking about getting a new motherboard if I can afford it, the FX-3850 is on its way now, should get to my front door tomorrow.

If you have the latest bios, this mobo is supposed to be ok as long as you don't want to overclock it (some people says that they can't pass 4.5 with the 8350 and this board) Only then, think about changing the board...
