Hi, i am new member to 3DGAMEMAN so first of all congrate to the forum and secondly thanks so much to all who can help me about my confused question :)
So let me first showing you my PC specifications:
CPU: Core 2 Quad Q8400 2.66GHz NO OC
RAM: 4GB DDR3 1333MHz
GPU: ATi Radeon HD 4830 (now i have nVidia GTS 450 GDDR5)
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 500GB (Primary) + Hitachi Deskstar 320GB (Secondary)
MOBO: ASRock G41C-S
PSU: GlacialTech 550W Real Power.
So, my question is that...what exactly is LOW "Level of Distance" ? Hardware bug or Software bug ? I'm asking this because i've played so many games with my older and slower ATi Radeon GPU such as: Crysis, Battlefield, Call of Duty, Assassin's Creed etc.. but all those games were fine with ATi 4830, so i didn't get any texture pop up/in while moving or when i was slighlty away from the objects, rocks etc... but now after upgrading that card to nVidia GTS 450 which is a lot faster and better than ATi 4830 i'm getting no satisfaction in games because of bad and low LOD in games, so i'm really going to be confused why is this happening and why? I've tried many different drivers for my new card and i did two times a clean install of Windows 7 but still no luck!
So please anyone tell me something about this because it's going to make me really dissapointed :(

Optimizations inside the driver?
i think it's a "Geforce" problem, you could try to set AF at 16x in nvidia control panel it solve the problem for me (had a 5750 and replace it with a 560 and had the same problem...)
Thank you so much for the fast replay i will try it to set AF at 16x and will see if low lod have gone :)
there is also a Neagtive LOD setting, maybe you could change that too ;)
