i want to get a new graphic card for gaming that is not going too bottleneck my CPU or the Card

Your CPU is still close to current. An HD 6870 or 6950 would still likely not bottleneck.

I think you can go up to the ATI 6900 Series.

okay im thinking i should get a 6950 2gb but which brand should i get a
HIS Radeon HD 6950 IceQ X Turbo or
ASUS EAH6950 DCII/2DI4S/2GD5 or MSI R6950 Twin Frozr III Power Edition/OC or just some normal version without abit OC and better cooling?

What is the price difference between the cards? If it are small I would have gone for the card from MSI (I'm not a particularly big fan of MSI) I know that the Asus and the HIS cards are good, so I would say it doesn't really matter. Go for the cheapest card.

the MSI cost about 35US$ more than the Asus but im going wait and look for the prices after the AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series comes out(=

Yeah not to mention there's a benchmark I saw on TPU's review and the difference was significant. I also saw a news on their site that the 7970s are getting a price cut, but what for? I'm quite sure AMD will deny the rumour.

even in crossfire you would be fine with that CPU.
