You're using integrated graphics right?

A 400W PSU would be more than adequate. I'd suggest the Corsair cx400.

Hi Razear,

As per your suggestion i bought Corsair cx400 and connected 4 SATA HDD and one rear fan. But the system goes off after few mins from switch on and it doesnt switch on again. Later i removed the power cable and reconnected to psu, started the PC and in bios i found 63C degree as my CPU temperature. Is my CPU getting overheated?? do i have to change my cooler or its a PSU issue??

Please suggest..

I reconnected my old PSU and the system is working fine without any issues... i guess its the problem with the new PSU.

While you still can, I suggest returning it for a new one, might be defective.
