what sound card should i get for the best audio sound with my JamMate UFO USB Phantom Microphone

The microphone connects via USB. Therefore, a sound card will not enhance the audio of the microphone since the chipset is built into the product itself.

Correct. USB controlled devices have their own audio chipset and feed sound directly to the operating system as a finished wave form.

For analog mics, most sound cards all have essentially similar sound capture abilities, and you will see very little difference between on-board audio systems on inexpensive motherboards compared to high-end sound cards. Only going into the top end, cards with multi-ports and mixing capabilities, will you see any real difference, but these cards are intended to work with studio-grade microphone systems for high-end recording and broadcasting.
