From asus thermal radar (sabertoothz77):
USB3: 55 C
Dram: 56 C
Sata6g: 55 C

do i need more fans?

Please post your complete config (overclock voltage etc...), cause if you have a i3 with a 7770, that's not normal but if you run 4 580 with a 3770k @ 5ghz then that is normal too be a hot config ;)
