is this a good Home Theater System for my birth day its for a 47" hdtv i have hdmi and all the connecters for it i want to play movies and games with it its a cheap one doses the matter

Well, the operative word here is "cheap", as cheap and high quality are rather opposite ends of the spectrum.

Will it work? Yes. Will it sound better than normal off-the-shelf speakers? Yes. Will it compete with high end Polk or Onkyo or Harman Kardon systems? No.
