Hey i am building my first gaming computer.

i have checout some components

and i want your opinion. just tell me what could be better.

corsair atx 750 pcu
asus p6t deluxe v2
intel quad core i7 920
corsair dominator 1600 mhz
asus 5870 1 gb
lg dvr 22x

the case i am not shure but want antec 1200 or the corsair 800d what do you think?

how much ram r u going to use? i'd suggest for a such build 3x2 triple chnnel and u ll be fine...

6gigs of that memory would be great.
now you should get some kinnda cooling for the CPU. i would recomend getting the Corsair H50 water cooling kit and adding a 120mm fan on the radiator. (i love this fan, blows air like a freaking jet engine and is pretty much quite, not to mension its cheap: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185054).
i would go with the Antec1200 outta those two, or even the CoolerMaster HAF932 if you have a neat home with not much dust in it. any how - i would also add another one of the fans listed above to the case for much better airflow and cooling.

what HDDs are you planning to get? in case you don't know, just post a price tag and i'll give a suggestion.

and i think you should throw in the extra 20 damn dollars and get the ASUS P6X58D Premium with SATA6.0 and USB3.0 its alot better and alot more future proof... plus its a better motherboard overall regardless of USB3 and SATA6.

yeah, 6 gb of ram i would like to have to hdd idont now how much memory maybe one of 320 gb and one with 640+++++

1. Check out some other PSU brands-Corsair will be great buy typically pricey
2.The MB neta recommend is the better choice-not much more $ for newer tech(the USB 3.0 is especially useful).
3.Where do you live (city,state)-if a microcenter is nearby that i7 920 can be a lot less $.
4. Corsair ram is way too $$$$-Find some OCZ triple channel for ~120 -6gb is the sweet spot for price/performance
5.5870 is a great choice-might wanna wait a bit for $ to come down though-GT400 is almost here
p.s Corsair H50 is great-but might wanna check out some other fans-ULTRA KAZE can sometimes drive you insane.

yeah 500, but i live in belgium but i am norwegian i also concider the corsair watercooling. i have enough money so thats not any problem^^
