Looking for the best bang for the buck video card in the 100-140 range looking at the Geforce 450GTS if u can suggest anything else id appreciate it also maybe ATI 5770?

The GTX 460 is the absolute best bang for the buck.

either 460 has a lot more power than the 450, for just a little more money, but if you can;t get 30 more dollars,I'd recommend a HD5770, like this...

both cards are good, i would pick the ati if ur boards supports crossfire only because u can cf it later if u need more power. But if u can do sli i would pick the nvidia because fps don't drop when u turn AA on.

Either card is fine.
