Do you actually NEED a 850 watt? Going from a 350 watt to an 850 watt seems a bit much if you're not running at the very least Dual high end graphics cards.

Thanks Allen86 for your reply i am going for this model of power supply because its the smallest fully Modular PSU and leaves room for me to upgrade the motherboard and other parts as i get the money together and thanks again Allen86

If it has all the connectors then yes. Also I would replace that power supply anyways, they have a reputation of killing computers. Also your wattage is fine.

Consider the SilverStone Strider Gold 750W.

Just connect the power cable to the 24-pin socket!

Just wanted to say you are doing the right thing upgrading that PSU. 300watts is rather weak and will not power any future upgrades. Looks like your current motherboard is 24-pin ATX power connector. The OCZ 850 PSU should have a 20+4 pin ATX options that works with both 20-pin or 24-pin. You could probably get away with a lesser 650 ~ 750watt PSU, but get whatever you can. :)
