If you don;t plan on having a lot of pci cards, or more than 2 Graphics cards, just go with the gigabyte board.
They are both good boards, just you won;t really need the Asus one unless you are going to be running crossfire X, or 4 way sli

So, save some cash, and you can go with the gigabyte one.,
