Memory in this Motherboard?

My memory is OCZ DDR3 1800MHz SLi-ready PC3-14400

this is the mother board

Now on my previous mobo was the rampage extreme... it also said 800/1066/1333/1600 but it ran this memory fine.

Is it the same case with this mobo?

Yep should be fine but triple channel memory can sometimes be glitchy in dual channel slots-Why would you want to downgrade from a rampage to a core2Q mb?

 i cant afford anything but a core 2 quad and  asus wont fix my board so instead of sending it all the way to California again plus all the things their tech support suggested to buy i could of had a better processor and motherboard so im stuck with what i have and need a motherboard that will fit my memory and processor

sorry to sound like an @$$ but asus pisses me off and now i have to downgrade.

also it was a rampage 1 so it was 775 socket

Ohhh-was it still under warranty? if so then you should be good-DO NOT SPEAK WITH LOWER DOWNS-they always blow you off-instead talk directly to the manger who should take you seriously.

 

If worst comes to worse you should be fine just sticking old mem in new board
