I7 temperatures

Hi There i have the i7 920 2.66 stock but i have it on air-cooler and i have overclocked it to 3.6 Ghz and in idle its 44-45 ºC and on games / full load it goes to 45 to 61ºC my cooler is the Thermalright 120 is this temperatures safe? if not what temps should i have?

You're fine, but try and stay below 70c.
