Looks good to me. I would recommend buying a corsair HX650 power supply and the coolermaster Hyper 220+ cpu cooler. It is a fantastic unit for price(comparable to the Thermalright ultra but for 1/2 the price). For a case take a look at some nice mid towers like the Antec 900, NZXT Tempest EVO, Coolermaster CM690(and vII), coolermaster Centurion 590 and the NZXT Panzerbox is also cool.

I personaly would also look at the ASUS M4A79XTD EVO motherboard, but the 1 you chose is great too.

I think its the Coolermaster Hyper 212+, and the PwerSuply costs 91€ + Mid tower 98€ = 189€
-I passed the budget over 200€.i need to stay in the "safe zone" around 950 or less...if posibly...

my bad it is the 212+. You realy dont want to skimp on the PSU as if it blows, or doesnt work well - your whole system is at risk. What surprises me is your prices, Im from Canada and I can find those products at a much cheaper price - like that 5770 is $154.99 or (the Euro is equal to about 1.5 canadian dollars or about 105€)

Hmm I don't know all of those cases but the TT v9 is OK. Nvidia Physx is a program that runs off of a gpu to render objects in such a way that they look more lifelike.

It generally slows down a gpu 10-15% but explosians look better+rain+other junk
A 4890 is the best but the 5770 had DX11-So I would decide based on prices.
