I read that this guy on youtube.com bought an attachment box for his radiators. caselabs makes an 8 inch pedestal you can put on casters for airflow under the tower. This guy is an example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDWPkzp4-xY&feature=related

So watercooled with radiators - is that the way I should go if I am looking to build in the future? Costs for oil itself is high and uses more electricity. Can you come up with a better way to cool a system if I go to multiple graphics cards?

This should really be in the hardware section actually. To answer the question about liquid cooling the GPU's, it is currently the best option, but an expensive one at that. It's especially helpful with multi-gpu setups and for those who wish to OC the cards as well.
