I have a 4870 and get about the same results. It's just a poorly done PC port. Keep in mind that your online gaming FPS in Modern Warfare 2 is locked at 90. Do you have vsync on or off? Drivers updated? ATI CCC settings set for performance? Refresh rate of your Monitor?

I sleep fine at night knowing we are banning people who deserve it.  Tivon

Wow I did not know they capped the framerate at 90. No wonder in COD4, WaW, and MW2 it always shows 91....

I'm not really sure why they have those limits. Maybe it helps the servers or something like that? In some of these games you can unlock those cap limits. COD4 probably has the command line for "/com_maxfps 0", but I don't think it works in MW2 without hacking.

ya there are caps but don't worry-Over 60fps makes no difference-plus unless your monitor has a high refresh rate then you can't see it anyway
