Fried Transistor

Hy.i just instaled a new psu a corsair and when i started the pc a spark and some smoke come out from 1 transistor on Mb.This transitor from image http://img856.imageshack.us/img856/248/creeps.jpg .my computer is stil working.i use him right now,it is a critical transitor,should i change mb or is still safe to use?

That transistor is one of the mosfets. I would highly recommended that you stop running that system and RMA the motherboard back to AsRock before you destroy your CPU or Memory.
