I am looking at buying a EVGA 9800GX2, and a EVGA P55 LE motherboard. The EVGA P55 LE Motherboard only comes with 1X PCI-E X16, and the EVGA 9800GX2 has 2 GPU's. Will the computer run both GPU's? or only one? Thanks.

Yes, as long as you enable multi-GPU in the NVIDIA control panel. Each card will only require one PCIE slot regardless of whether it is single or dual GPU.

Since when do GPU's on the same board duel with each other?
TEASING.
Anyways, I have yet to see a board that can run a card at 16x and not be able to run a dual gpu card. Besides, it is an evga you almost can't go wrong :D
