I have 2 questions:
What is the equivalent of Intel HD Graphics 3000 to Nvidia and AMD graphics?
Also, does it support all adobe programs?

Intel HD Graphics 3000 is very poor in comparison when it comes with just about everything, especially 3D gaming. The Intel HD Graphics 3000 will do all the basic tasks including run adobe programs, like Photoshop. Even if you're not gaming though, I'd recommend NVIDIA or AMD video though since they are far superior in every sense, depending of course on the video you get.

Let's do this backwards. Yes, it will support all Adobe program graphic requirements. Just not fast.

The 2500k/2600k HD Graphics 3000 falls in between AMD's HD 5450 and HD 5570, and the nVidia 540M or 540SE core sits pretty close to the the 5570's scores. Let's just say that a $30 graphics card beats it.

Onboard video chipsets between current motherboards is pretty much an apples to apples comparison. You will not find a meaningful difference comparing onboard graphics.
