Cheapest 13-14 inch notebook with dedicated graphics under 5 pounds

What are the cheapest laptops there are that are 13-14 inches, have dedicated graphics, and under 5 pounds? 15 inches is okay too, as long as it's still under 5 pounds.

GO to newegg and check out some asus i5's-in order to get a good gpu though it is gonna be $800+
