What is the best Motherboard that I can buy with a price less than 300$
supports
Intel LGA1366
USP 3.0, SATA III, ATI Crossfire
Here are a couple of great boards to choose from. Both would be perfect, the rest is up to you and your preferences.
The Asus Rampage III Formula $299

The MSI Big Bang-XPower $295 (it even comes with it's own soundcard, it doesn't have onboard Audio)

asus p6x58d-premium around almost 300$, p6x58d-e around 220$ or sabertooth x58 around 210$ . If it were me i'd go for the sabertooth, pretty good for gaming without the extra stuff that you don't need. If you're gonna look at other brands there is gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R or UD5. There are also some new mobos from gigabyte that just came out but its pretty expensive. I can't give you advice on evga since the store I worked with before didn't carry that brand, we had msi too but most of our customers bought asus or gigabyte.
Thank you very much.
But I'm not going to use it only for gaming
I'm a 3D-Max Designer but i love gaming
I'm going to get 2x Radeon HD6970 2GB (Cross Fire)
16 GB(4x4GB) DDR3 RAM, 2x 1TB WD HDD (one for backup)
And aa sound card + DVB internal Card So to many PCI Slots will be more than great.
but thank you very much for the advice. i think im going with the ASUS Rampage III.
You can't get a 16 Gb 4 channel kit. the x58 chipset supports triple channel RAM. you need to either get a triple channel or 6 channel set. So you'd need to get something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145292
