does all parts mach? Do i need double 12rails psu? have comments about parts?

It wil go together, but I would consider a bigger case since your video card is enormous, and you always want parts to fit with lots of space left. Consider the HAF932 or Antec 1200.

Haf 922 has 14 inches for graphics-plenty big

Yes, but with a graphics card like that you want more space or your airflow will get nerfed down a lot and the HAF932 is not so much more expensive and gives way more possibilities. (liquid cooling, CM V10)

even a 5970 is would still have 1-2 inches for extra airflow-A haf 922 can also fit a double x120mm radiator at the top-It is plenty big enough
