I'm building my brother a budget build, and the case budget I have is around 60 bucks.
I've taken a liking to this, the Xigmatek Utguard

But if you have any other suggestions, I'd love to see them.
I'm looking for a windowed case, with a bottom mounted power supply, and at pretty good air flow and options for cable management. Thanks guys :)

I looked at NZXT first, I love their products, but for the price range I'm in, nothing they have is able to beat what the Utgard has in comparison.
Though I'd love to get him their new Tempest 410 case with the side window, too bad it's about $100 :(
