AMD x6 1055t + 5830 on 500w power ?

Im upgrading my pc from amd x2 250 and gt240 to x6 1055t and Ati 5830 gpu, Can i run those on my 500watt power suply? And can i fit 5830 on Antec Sonata III case ? My motherboard is ASUS M4A785TD-V Evo, Ram is Team Elite 2GB DDR3 133mhz i have two of those, One II SATA WD HDD 600gb 7200rpm

I think a strong 650 watt power supply would do you pretty well. A 500 watt might not be strong enough.

And a 5830 is about 10.5 inches long so I'm not certain it will fit in that case.
you might have to get a new one.

500W would be enough from a good quality PSU, a Corsair would certainly do it.
