If you cannot access the account at all, and the Secret Question for password recovery has been changed, there is nothing you can do. What you need to do is create a new ticket on the STEAM system, with your email address (used to log into STEAM with) and specifics on when you lost control of the account. We aren't concerned about the games, we want account control, because we DON'T WANT TO REMOVE THE GAMES from the account and start another... this is working backwards!

If they have already started you on a transfer, then you have got to tell them that you have recently moved, and do not have the disc info on MW2, but you do have everything on BlackOps to prove ownership. I would request that they send you a NEW password recovery email for the old account and that way you can recover it, change your password (and Secret Question) to something strong that isn't easily broken into, and recover the old account this way. Typically, this is how STEAM fixes hacked accounts anyway.

I thought Steam implemented the new security feature in which if someone logs in from an unrecognized computer, a security key will be sent to your email and you would have to type that in as well as your password.

Yeah, Steam Guard is enabled by default, unless the hacker has access to your e-mail account, it should be fairly easy to prove to Steam support that you own the account.

This has happen to me once before and they got both my steam account and my email account in one shot, so that second code is useless, what I did to get my account back, was, send in a support ticket, then well, their is two ways to prove its your account, you either, tell them the last 4 digits of the credit card that got your last game, or if one of your games on your steam account, you own the hard copy of it, that has a CD key, they'll give you a code to write just above the CD key of that game, with a perm pin, then take a photo of it and attach it to the support ticket.

and that's how you get your account back.

Oh, I didn't completely read that first post, well, ask them if you can do the whole step where they give you a set of numbers to right above the CD key, now, it has to be the actual paper with the CD key on it that came with the game and not just the CD key written on some paper.

If you don't have the CD key, the one that came on the paper, that came with the game it self, then there is nothing they can do about it, they can't track a receip, so they'll probably say something to that effect.

The only other way for them to know its your account, is if you got a game, through the steam store and you know either the paypal order number or the last four digits of the card used to get the game.

Other then that, your screwed, I'm sorry to say.

Start a ticket find the product key and or proof of payment depending on how you obtained the game it could be either mw2 or black ops or any other game they hsould instruct you to write your ticket number on it then magic happens :) also you should read this https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2347-qdfn-4366

You can call at the Steam support if you didn't already.

Like others said, contact Steam Support (open a support ticket) and show EVERYTHING YOU CAN POSSIBLE HAVE to prove the purchases. Get your credit card numbers so they can match the numbers with the transactions on your account, etc etc.
