AMD ATHLON-2 X4 635 2.9GHZ/2GB DDR-2 800MHZ RAM
SAPPHIRE ATI RADEON 5770/XP SP3 & WINDOWS 7
M683-S2P/Still AMD is a king....

If you are limited to only those, go with the Phenom-2 x6 1100t pretty much the best one out of the processors you listed.
