Atom N450 capabilities

Can a nettop with a Atom N450 Processor play simple games on the web(eg.Facebook games)? And is it true that nettops will not play youtube videos smoothly.

I'm currently looking for a computer that is quiet and can do work, perhaps play some videos.I'm not looking for a gaming rig.

I'm pretty sure most of the modern nettops on the market today will be able to play browser games and playback flash video without a problem.
