I got this mouse pad this past winter, and it already started to wear out. I made sure I did what the care sheet told me, and still it wore out.

I sent a ticket at their website, but never got a response and was wondering if anyone else has gotten the same problem and if there is any possible way to fix the surface for that mouse pad?

I read alot of reviews saying it was non-wear, but apparently not. I guess it may be my mouse's fault? I'm using a microsoft sidewinder.
