In order to qualify you need to be a registered 3dGameMan.com member with a minimum of 10 posts. You must also provide a link back to 3dGameMan.com. Only residents of the USA and Canada are eligible (shipping reasons).

I asked, they said only Canada/USA. Again, I'm not the one sending these prizes out, it's the sponsor.
